Hello, i have a titre de séjour travaille temporaire it expired 21 October 2020 i went to the prefecture to renew it on the 11 September 2020 but they don’t accept my file they told me to provide cerfa, k bis and Urssaf because i signed a CDI in 7 September 2020 and when i asked my boss about the cerfa, k bis and Urssaf he refused to give me the documents and he end the contract on the 16 as Period essaie i register at the pôle emploi but i don’t still get my attestation employeur destiné à pôle emploi, solde tout compt et certificat de travail the employeur told me to go next to collect the documents so i try to have a appointment all this while but it not possible and the titre de séjour had already expired i need advice concerning my situation please thanks you
